Check and hand over
Verify representative records and customer journeys, document exceptions and provide the agreed operating handover.
What is included?
The source audit identifies what can move directly, what needs reconstruction and what the destination does not support. The accepted scope lists those exceptions before the live migration.
How is disruption managed?
We agree the cutover window, a data freeze or delta-transfer approach, and a rollback route. Zero downtime is not assumed without reviewing the systems.
What do you need from us?
Authorized source/destination access, representative data and an owner who can approve mappings and the cutover. Credentials are exchanged through secure onboarding.
